Mechanical Two-Boom Vertical Coil

Purpose: Lifting cold-rolled vertical coils, mainly in cold-rolled vertical coil loading uploading hood-type annealing furnace.

Characteristic:
1. The two pairs of internal-external clamp legs of the clamp move individually when lifting vertical coil, and they hold the two walls at the diametric direction operation.
2. When the vertical coil is lift, the bottom surface of it should be absolutely horizontal.
3. When operation, the clamp and steel coil hasnt relative slip, and he steel coils wont be damaged.
4. The clamping force which jaw of clamp applies on steel coils is one time smaller than the one of the clamp with one jaw of clamp. The contact stress is small, which give less damage on steel coils by clamp.
